during the Cold War and the Space Race so it happened that countries related into the research of satellites built a mathematical logic to be sent into the space and this logic built an artificial DNA of satellites in the space.

Everytime that a human being which has an active decoder (GIP/SAMSUNG, installed with birth certificate/New Born Screening Test), if that person goes astray without sleeping for many nights in the street, without any kind of protection, shelter, food, and attracting the human beings who are - either disprovided of any decoders, but have the neurotransmitters as well as the ability of hearing (inane humans), such "human beings" are guided by a sound system to corner this unprotected human (decodified) until s/he is placed elsewhere on earth (or in other places outter space) by this giant structure of satellite DNA.

Also, many satellites in means of antennas have been disposed around the galaxy, with the GPS of the decoders of the people who had been born and got patrid rights through a decoder (GIP/SAMSUNG, from the New Born Screening Test). Some Science Fiction Movies from hollywood portray this matter, about abduction.

Satellites are machines also. I am too simple and bare to have information about what's outter space, rather than the stars and what NASA outbursts, but I know that we may receive and send signals from other worlds and attract unfavourable machines to us if we change IDs way too many times. We might emmigrate, by either being cornered by inane humans, fished by a GPS antenna outterspace, or become despatched. Besides, programming machines to fight these threats, is somehow a way to attract even more machines onto us, because we would claim for their existence whilst mapping them.

(That reminds me of a department store called Mappin in SP> Back then, our city extras were inane humans and the Mappin downtown was a reference for their GPS. It underwent a fire in the 70's)

Nevertheless, I believe that the recent suposition of NASA into the supposed work of peace preposition would be to detect the position of such satellites through finding the number of the "New Born Screening Tests" (or the first social registration of the child through a decoder), in countries where there is a great number of people disappearing and emmigrating, and neutralize these satellites that could be multiplying authomatically and out of hand (the original purpose was rescuing those who had gone astray, but many people have changed their identities way to many times and they have lost their access to the registration of the decoder of the "New Born Screening Test", so the GPS satellites' numbers are multiplying non-stop, and the maintaintance of such, which is done by China, is an unpayable bill - matter of "Chicken" between Brazil and China). NASA means to isolate the old decoder numbers and all possible authomatic new combinations,  by other types of signals, properly - and peacefuly - organized: new combinations of decodification numbers that would be paired with ---- car chassis in South America and Oceania,  Cropping Robots and Machines in Africa (percentage of crop for selling to North Korea and Macedonia), Micro Eletronic devices in North America and Europe, and Hanson Robots in Asia and Middle East. This would improve social care and welfare in such countries, in terms of Economical Agreements.

The soccer player from Barcelona, Luiz Suaréz, deffends the application of the "New Born Screening". I also, because sooner or later the citizen will be exposed to the necessity of having a decoder, so it is appropriate to have one registered, as soon as they are born. By that, it is meant that every child is a Unicef child. And also, without such decoder, the child is not properly developed into some societies in terms of intellect.

I also want to remember that native people are not entitled to use decoders (GIPS/SAMSUNGs) and as for means of blessings they have an outstanding development out in the world, whenever they are disprovided of such decoder. The natives that do approach decoders are taken as despatched, for they are usually taken as accomplices and enticed into crimes.
