Os acontecimentos são concomitantes:

Nossa Ditadura Militar, vigente nesta
época de primeira Guerra Fria,
considerava os Militantes como
Comunistas, mas essa não é a verdade, e
sim o contrário. Um sistema de governo
que pune a liberdade de expressão,
prende sem precedentes e tortura é o
que na verdade caracteriza um sistema
Comunista.

Essa noite, a Rede Globo anunciou que o
Rio de Janeiro está em estado de alerta
e que o Exército Militar Brasileiro fora
convocado para retornar à ordem em uma
Intervenção Federal. Isso
de fato abre um precedente para
situação de comando do Exército em
outras cidades Brasileiras, como em
Roraima, onde Venezuelanos se refugiam.
A ditadura Militar nos anos 60 que
prendia, matava e torturava começou
desta mesma forma.

São fatos concomitantes.

Mas vamos às conclusões:

Quanto à suposta nova Corrida Espacial,
a tecnologia proporcionada paga pelo
gasto gerado, e por ser agora uma
Corrida entre empresas privadas, será
muito benéfico para o acesso de
minorias sociais do mundo às novas
tecnologias. Essa suposta nova Corrida
Espacial inclusive irá acelerar o lançamento
de novas tecnologias à população mundial.

Quanto à situação da sincronização dos
exércitos Sul Coreano e Norte
Americano, de certa forma isso decidirá
que países estão mais capacitados e são
de fato merecedores de quais porções do
lucro desta suposta nova Corrida

à princípio é necessário um paliativo,
talvez o domínio do exército. Mas
sinceramente acredito que o extermínio
dos criminosos somente não é a solução:
outros criminosos apareceriam para
tomar conta do "negócio" do narcotráfico e enquanto os
militares matassem os novos criminosos,
mais civis morreriam. É necessário
Agências de Inteligência (como o FBI,
CIA e Interpol nos Estados Unidos) aqui
no Brasil para criar táticas e
estratégias específicas para cada
situação no Rio de Janeiro. Somente a
atuação da Polícia Civil parece não ser
suficiente, talvez a própria Polícia
Civil do Rio de Janeiro precise de
ramificações, braços de investigação

Somehow, as the USA and South Korea
make amends in the Vigilant Ace, they
also "compare" their capacities within
the two Armies, which characterizes a
possible new Cold War (In the first
Cold War, The USA and The Soviet Union

War, which after, when they had Won
over Germany and Japan, it was decided (during
the Cold War and through the Space Race)

the II World War. The problem is that
the First Cold War lasted almost 30

Brazilian Militar Dictatordhip which
happened during the First Cold War,
considered its Militants as communists,
but this is not true, whereas the
opposite. A government which punishes
the freedom of speech, arrests without
concern and that tortures is what
actually portrays a communist system.

within a Federal Intervention.

Janeiro, at first it is necessary a
palliative, the army maybe. But
sincerely, I believe that the
extermination of the criminals isn't
the solution: other criminals will take
over the "business" of the smuggling
and as the militars
would kill the new criminals more
civilians would die. It would be
necessary Intelligence Agencies (such
as FBI, CIA and Interpol in the USA)
here in Brazil to create tactics and
specific strategies for each situation
in Rio de Janeiro. The Civil Police
seems not to be enough, maybe the very
Civil Police in Rio de Janeiro would
need mores branches of investigation

NOVOS ESTEREÓTIPOS

We all know that in the North_American Civil War, the non-slavery north of the United States won in order to open an internal market of manufactured goods to a new public: the just-free slaves. This diversity was the kick-off of all economical North American success.

When a financial institution for example, asks itself about which niche of society to be explored for its products, isn't it their duty to create this target public under demand, do the marketing and direct their products to these groups afterwards? Instead of selling products to groups that already exist, they must launch new groups of people to buy the products they want them to buy. This is capitalism. But due to Brazil's restriction on market diversity, we stay limited to some stereotypes that are all consequences of the dictatorship period.

This marketing of new behavioural patterns need to be announced and portrayed in the widely seen media.

Funk, Hip-Hop and skate cultures in Brazil consume clothes and parties, paying thus their taxes, but how are they represented in the stock market? How much profit from these cultures do reach the national treasure? In the USA, for example, there is an organized marketing for all fields and areas of economy related to social groups, because they have been created by Institutions above the tendencies itself and also to avoid the leak out of gains. Our independancy concerning social groups refrains their interests to make profit because there is a lack of organization for the accounted cultural and economical repercussion..

Nossa aula de hoje foi sobre diversidade na sociedade representada na tv Brasileira.

Sabemos que na Guerra Civil Norte-Americana o norte dos Estados Unidos, não-escravocrata, vence para abrir o mercado interno de manufaturados para um novo público: os recém libertos escravos. Essa diversidade foi o pontapé inicial de todo o sucesso econômico Norte-Americano.

Quando uma instituição financeira, por exemplo, se pergunta sobre qual o nicho a ser explorado por seus produtos, não seria talvez dever desta instituição criar esse publico-alvo sob demanda, junto à marketing, para então direcionar a eles seus produtos? Além de venderem produtos a públicos que já existem, lançarem novos grupos de pessoas na sociedade, novas tribos, para comprar os produtos que eles querem que comprem. O capitalismo é isso, mas devido à nossa restrição na diversidade de mercado, ficamos limitados a alguns estereótipos que são consequência da ditadura militar. Este marketing de novos padrões comportamentais precisa ser divulgado da mídia para as massas.

A cultura do Funk, Hip Hop e skate no Brasil consomem roupas e festas, pagando devidos impostos, mas eles como é sua representação na bolsa de valores? O quanto de lucro movido por essas culturas realmente chega à União? Nos EUA há um marketing organizado para todos os campos e áreas da economia direcionados à grupos sociais, porque elas foram criadas com um propósito por instituições superiores às próprias tendências e também para evitar o desvio de ganhos. Nossa independência em no quesito "grupos sociais" barra os interesses do lucro pois falta organização para devida repercussão cultural e econômica.
