A bluff maybe> The destruction recently of the factories for weapons of mass destruction of North Korea>

Probably, the USA found it hard to believe that the weapons displayed in the parades organized by the N.K. Leader were engineered in those small wood cabins that they've destroyed.

And the reason>>>

Considering that North Korea is interested into getting onto the international market through the means of vegetables/fruit genetic enineering (transgenics), and later on Pharmaceutical industry as well as vacuum pumps technology - from the very technology they've developed through the Communist experience https://tarafatosefilosofia.blogspot.com.br/2018/05/allow-seeds-for-north-korea.html - if this intent is real, they wouldn't destroy the same laboratories in which they'd develop these technologies in the future. Maybe, they meant through this SYMBOLIC destruction of factories in the presence of journalists that - IN CASE the Conglomerates would be interested in considering the transgenics possibility and in the long term the cooperation for the pharmaceutical industry as well as vacuum pumps, they would open their factories for World Representatives to decide together which technologies they have on hold that are to help the world in those fields they aim at, and which ones are harmful up to be discarted (there are places for discarting such weapons, like the Artic).
