It is no benefit to reduce production of industry in developed countries such as USA and China (what occurs onto unemployment and economy slowdown) and leave terrorist countries such as Iran doing business with technology for enriched uranium for terrorist purposes - that also provokes Global Warming, it is dangerous, damaging and useless.
