Many people may study the Division of Koreas issue.
One of the reasons for the matter, the subject of given support from USA and Soviet Union to South and North Korea respectively.
For such regard, that upbrought each Asian countries´culture hence, North Korea was to remain Communist, alike Soviet Union. They could only negotiate services, not products or technology. And worse, the services they would sell should be only sold to South Korea´s Trade Partners.
North Korea´s main reclaim nowadays is that their neighbor South Korea has plenty of all Agriculture for feeding their people, but they (N. Korea) have no Trade Balance for their needs. Instead, their Commercial Partners sell them all sorts of junk food, like chips, and other types of synthetic food, that their people are forced to eat as meals.

Japan has developed prototypes of vegetables to be grown in wardrobes, but some governments still haven´t approved those sales, due to fact of disfunction of Commercial Balances among countries who buy/sell agribusinness.
So, when I suggested North Korea as a part in the Trade Agreements that include several countries in online Training Platforms as a part of the Denuclearization Treaty http://tarafatosefilosofia.blogspot.com/2020/06/dotcombubble-new-trend-training.html , it is not because I agree fully with the procedures Kim Jong Un perform, but mostly because concerning services provisions, I believe this is one thing they have certain experience with, and I guess we must think as practical and as simple as possible, and make it viable.
