Standing Up (for me to follow whenever I remember I want to do something different, or preferrably every 2 hours)

Sometimes, whilst home office, we work too hard and we never know if there is another thing to do. So, we somehow "crash" and "freeze", sitting and facing the computer. We "forget" how to stand up. I wrote these steps as a stretching exercise for me to follow whenever I remember I want to do something different, or preferrably every 2 hours.

DO AS YOU READ:

 push and slide the chair back ways

hands on the table

push against the table

stand up

lean and bend facing the wall

hold the waist bending the vertebra

fist and stretch up outwards, bend upper body backwards

hands open finger-cherishing onto hands meet

PRONAM Mudrá eyes closed bring PRONAM Mudrá to chest level

deep breath, thank Lord for the ability to work and earn freedom to praise All of His Sacrecy.

Look to the clock

and immediatly do other activity rather than computer

for minimum 20 minutes

Every 2 hours least

(Example Call Center, 3 breaks - 10 - 20 - 10 min and total 6hs20 hours worked)
