Russia, Syria, Koreas and GIPS

As stated at "Today's Overview"   https://tarafatosefilosofia.blogspot.com.br/2017/04/todays-overview.html   , Russia seems to threat the USA by supporting the bombing in Syria to bring unstability to the West's dependancy in their oil as a way to put pressure upon the fact that the contribution that South Korea gives to the world is less important that to whatever is ackowledged to them.

South Korea, which finances North Korea, has some car and technology companies but they don't generate and sell new technology on these fields. Whereas, they have as their main niche the organization of the GIPS in bigs cities around the world.

GIP = Inductive digital manipulation of the audiovisual.

Many times these people are enabled to make money within a GIP because their social condition without it is helpless. It is agreeable for economy that they become the top of a "GIP chain". However, whenever they are not wearing GIPS and they need to circulate, they must have an occupation. And the exceeding of that money that they couldn't spend is directed to a fund that distributes this amount to people walking undercover around the big cities, the bottom of this chain. In Brazil this fund is administrated by the BNDS. Thus....

Technology mobile companies organize those GIPS.

Due to private licitation in 2014 related to bets and speculation on the world cup, a mobile company from South Korea is now responsible for major part of the GIPS circulating worldwide. Russia wants to know what's the real revenue of such technology. It is a reality that some tennis and golf players who do not work undercover have their name's in the stocks. Also, some hollywood artists who are in the hall of fame, they are important for the stock market as well as billboard artists that make their record company have major repercussion. There is a possibility that these artists who are in plain figure(their own self) are really accounting value to the GIPS around the world that are paid-off by the revenue of the artists who do business undercover (under GIPs) and cannot take monetary advantage out of it.
