Questão crucial - qual a área de pesquisa do MEC deve ser privilegiada por investimentos imediatos

Que haja um investimento internacional no Brasil, para ceder ações à Bolívia em troca de financiamento da indústria têxtil com Exportações agressivas ao BRICS.

Que haja, com isso, investimento da Bolívia na indústria automobilística Venezuelana, incentivando a produção de aço pelo Mercosul no Brasil com vazão à exportação ao resto do mundo.

Que haja, o que há de ser.

Mas ainda que houvesse todas essas coisas, ainda há de haver a resposta aos investidores sobre qual área haverá de ser sustentável à nossa educação em termos de pesquisa, para que os primeiros investimentos sejam aplicados nesta área, tão breve as Reformas Governamentais sejam acertadas, e um Plano econômico (como o exemplificado acima) seja apresentado.

Eu acredito que o Brasil segue com ímpeto de maestria pela pesquisa sócio-educacional de diversas culturas, países e classes sociais.

Nossa cultura, que se orienta para programações de massa sistematizada (novelas de tv e programas de auditório), ensina comportamento, o que favorece a pesquisa na área da educação.

A parceria com outros países, que também pesquisam Ciências Intelectuais, poderia ser reconhecida como forma de exportação para suas demandas materiais, porque a maior parte destes países e seus devidos parceiros são comunistas - eles não fazem negócios com o eixo Anglo-Saxônico. Essa parceria admitida e pública é também uma possibilidade para mediar a relação comercial com a NAFTA, pela permissão e aplicação do uso de Urânio (como forma de inspeção, controle e monitoramento da produção deste minério enriquecido pelo mundo)
