Fishing and Borders Brexit

 The news channel Bloomberg announced two issues concerning Brexit last week:

1 -- Fishing

The Scandinavian Trade Balance with whole Europe is the amount of Norwegian Codfish, other fish, the Scandinavian chocolate and cheese, that is sold to the world through UK, while they trade Middle East oil, to Scandinavia inclusive. This market matters because Scandinavian banks are ballast for all Europe, Asia and Middle East.

2-- Borders

Which countries may and may not enter UK, considering that one of the main issues for Brexit was war refugees' load on British public system?
