Purposes differ, but mostly for heating economy (in Argentina they are called city extras. In São Paulo city they are called detectives. In other places they are called promoters.)
It would be correct to say that a major Revenue of South Korea comes from Samsung GIPS sold all over the world.
And maybe that would be also correct to say that there is a tension between USA and South Korea to get more money for their technology companies in means of the endless market of GIPs. As a consequence, a type of a threat, they would be financing the weapons in North Korea giving them a small amount of food and supplies?
North Korea, on the other hand, feels used and threats South Korea and the USA back, in a vicious circle. However, I find it hard to believe that if a major conflict happens anything would happen to South Korea.
And all this could've been the reason why Russia is supporting the bombing in Syria, upon finding out about the bluff that this business of GIPs is, as well as the blackmailing threat that they mean to the world. Thus Russia decides to challenge the USA for their decision and action, through supporting the bombing in Syria, which has become a sort of "Vietnam War of the XI Century".
Bottom line: When the niche of eletronics and other technologies was given to Korea, they decided to divide itself into two, in order to carve a market for its products through the threat of the army, that would be duty of the Communist North Korea, under the command and financing of the Capitalist South Korea, according to the demand of their needs for opening the world market for their eletronics, technology, and culture. Of course, if Korea would be united and had an only army threatening the world for buying their products, nobody would want to buy from them. Russia realized that, and started to finance the wars in the Middle East, to put pressure on the West for the end of the chemical weapon situation (if the Middle East is conflicted, the oil speculation is somewhat shaken up and this causes problems in the West's economy).
My question for the reader is: In the current overview protrayed here, through financing the bombing in Syria, is Russia at the USA's or North Korea's side? And what is exactly Russia claiming for? Is there an alternative to the weapons of mass destruction as well as chemical and biological weapons? Russia could be at North Korea's side in case they wanted to end the facade USA was imposing. O Reino do Pai
"O Reino de meu Pai tem muitas moradas", assim disse o Mestre.
Nesta Terra, passamos por diversas fases durante a vida. As fases evolutivas e nossas escolhas nos permitem algum tipo de renascimento no pós-vida.
A Ressurreição da Carne pode acontecer de algumas formas. The Indian Experience and a "Solution" for the Middle East

India, on the other hand, found freedom from the Britsh leash without having to subdue to this level of war.
First of all, because they are an enormous country, not segmented as the Middle East is, and this has united them onto a purpose.
They invested in the Army to create technology and also delimit their territory, then developed IT - YES, India is responsible for the first studies on the internet.

and that was promoted onto the nation through the Bollywood, which was the speculation of some REAL PEOPLE in society into a drama since they were at a very young age, through movie theater films. These characters sometimes didn't know that they were being observed, however they had some clues and were directed onto their decisions by the general public.
India also protected their culture, dances, clothes, food, music and they have a business in the Pharmaceutical industry too. They store a great amount of cables of the internet in their underground.
Nevertheless
This is because India didn't have this great amount of oil such as the Middle East does. The Middle East needs a VERY AGGRESSIVE project concerning technology contribution to the world. They once offered to help Africa, so they have done in many ways - many Africans that come to Brazil to do business have come from Arabic contacts and they are also Muslim. However, it seems like, for the Conglomerate, helping others is not a business. If only the Middle East had more NGO's created with this purpose, maybe they would be able to say they are contributing for the world with their profit and services somehow. And then, they would maybe able to be excused from the burden of owing the demand of producing goods just because they own so much wealth.
So many solutions for an everylasting World in Peace!

Won't you be impressed if you hear a Syrian or a Iranian man or woman criticizing the Western clothes or food. Their dressing codes include pure silk, light overflowing fabric smooth to the touch and lovely to the eyes. Their eating habits include an explosion of delicious spices, a delightful combination uniqual to anyhting we might have tasted in our society.
And it is true that not very long ago, let's say until the II World War, the Western society would be interested in purchasing those delicious and precious goods. We can't expect that they would accept the feelings of becoming disposable once the world's values turned into something so cheap that the Middle East argue saying - HOWCOME YOUR TASTE HAS LOWERED TO THE POINT THAT YOU APPRECIATE JUNK AND GARBAGE>>>>
I don't know what else they could offer but their traditional culture, if the Western has a proposal for their commercial demands. But whatever oil they have won't have enough value as long as they can't produce any goods to commerce along with their oil. OIL, works like money, or like gold, in the stock market. It is a representation of the amount of agregated value of goods that a country can produce and sell in counterpart with what they consume. So these countries, such as Syria and Iran, don't understand howcome countries like Norway and Sweeden are so rich, once they don't even have oil and the money that they accumulated over the centuries was through the commerce of the goods that they commercialized during the Mercantilism (since the Vikings) which was bought from the Middle East and sold within Europe.
And now, they are rich, they still benefit from the oil which the Middle East cannot sell fully because they don't have a market for the products that used to pay for the oil as it once was, so they give the Middle East Money which can only buy weapons, because without producing goods that have value for money they aren't entitled to have the basic needs such as all the food, health aids, and conditions that they need.

My God is called Jesus. I've once believed He could be called Krisna because it even rhymes with Christ. I once called Him Baba, Bhrama, Javé, I've called Him many names, but I've never called Him Allah. I've learned since I was very young that Jesus and Allah were thriving a battle, and that Jesus was at the winner side. But considering all this, (even though Jesus said that the land of Syria would suffer in the future - Luke 10:13-14-15 and Mathews 4:24), I want to believe in "a future after the future", when the Earth is transformed into a paradise, like we don't have to die anymore to reach the Sensation of the Father's presence, or Goloka Vrindavana. I want a life on earth which I don't feel the agony or the affliction anymore. The next step could be very natural and not as traumatic if we were to cope to peace. Because if Jesus and Allah were to fight, I think that I, as a Catholic, to be backstabing the Muslim, not allowing them to sell their goods and washing my hands on their blood, that is, the result of the weapons that are pushed onto them.
Maybe they are the victms indeed and we are pushing our culture and stealing their oil. No news for now.

Agora, na Rússia, permita-me especular a questão política a ser explicada - quiçá, a influência do Inconsciente Coletivo em sua população, que é um país Comunista e fechado para influências culturais. Por exemplo - os "cartolas" que inspiram os jogadores de futebol estarão presentes mesmo à distância, uma vez que eles trabalham à partir da manipulação de impulsos de ondas de rádio/tv/internet que são transmitidas pelo mundo através de satélites. Será que essa Copa da Rússia será uma Copa sem a influência dos "torcedores via satélite", aqueles que assistem aos jogos de seus países pela tv e de certa forma influenciam o placar ao torcer> http://tarafatosefilosofia.blogspot.com.br/2017/11/telepathycollective-uncounscious.html
(Isso para justificar a final da Copa do Brasil, cujo o qual não fora transmitida nacionalmente mas sim réplica)
Há também a possibilidade de que a questão política assinalada à Copa da Rússia seja a atualização do idioma mundialmente unificado - o Esperanto - dando margem de nivelamento igualitário para participação da Korea do Norte que tem fortes estudos linguísticos em sua cultura (danças típicas com base na sincronicidade do grupo - comunicação instantânea por códigos linguísticos -, traduções jornalísticas simultâneas com versões adaptadas para o regime em versões coreana e mixadas em outros idiomas (leia-se "mixada" como Spanglish e outros)

Rosa dos Ventos
Analisem a Rosa dos Ventos - ela não aponta somente Norte-Sul-Leste-Oeste, mas em mínima instância também aponta Sudeste, Noroeste, Nordeste e Sudoeste.
Assim, nosso país não é politicamente polarizado em Norte-Sul, temos muitos partidos para expressar as opiniões que agitavam os corações Brasileiros no período pós-ditadura Militar.
PMDB é Direita-Esquerdista, talvez um Sudeste ou Sudoeste. Mas digamos que seria bom descobrir também um PMDB Noroeste ou Nordeste.
Henrique Meirelles é uma boa opção para Segundo Turno.
Orestes Quércia era uma boa opção para primeiro mandato pós-ditadura, ao invés de Fernando Collor (curiosa semelhança física de ambos.....).
Que seja o que tiver que ser! E que Deus abençoe nossa pátria!
