I don't have clues of the talk in Vietnam. But these talks between USA and North Korea Presidents are evidences of an assertion that Kim Jong-un wants to be formally inserted in the TISEA and TISE for Trade. The links above show some perspectives. Also, they need to start to avail about which food is cheap and available for their time zone, in terms of logistics and Trade Partners.
I believe they'd need to start with Civil Construction of elevated rhodes for low consumption of oil through the circulation of vans for public transportation of 30-35 people (Skip Lanes / Fura-Fila - São Paulo - Brazil, Celso Pitta 1946-2009 , Paulo Maluf). The vans would allow business with countries such as China and Germany, and this system would be appropriated for their culture that regard collectiveness. The driver could be an official. Probably, Kim Jong-un wants to know the conclusion of the talk they've shared, to assess the procedures of denuclearization in the awareness, conscience and culture of his people and within his country, which have a stated mind onto the praise of the army.

I fear that if in disaccordance with complying with the resolution onto keeping in touch and informed as for the proceedures for a denuclearization with financial benefits, more attempts may happen such as tsunamis (bombs in the ocean) and more breaks of dam such as in Brumadinho -  MG / Brazil (and also Barão de Cocais - MG at notice, with financial impact to the USA, due to shares of Vale do Rio Doce mining company. I don't think North Korea attempted against these dams, or if there was another international terrorist who dismantled the dam. But North Korea is at the Uranium race and they commerce weapons of massive destruction in swap for food, because they haven't been inserted into TISEA and TISE (stock market). Clearly, there is a trade and a market for Uranium, and if a country would leave this market, they need to be inserted in an alternative one, by means of selling their weapons for disposal in the Arctic (possibly?) and in exchange being inserted into the formal market with investments of Trade Markets.
