I have been thinking long enough about tiquetaque solutions, and about how to make work at full capacity.

Some people call their work as city extras, or freelancers as "doing extra work for Pepsico"
www.tiquetaque.com could be an option for Pepsico (or for the companies that may represent this niche) accounting the funds for the extras (and such) to be hired, in order to grant more capital cities around the world and within the USA. Orgatnization helps growth.
The hardware is Brazilian.
The IT and logistics (software) are up to negotiation.
The accountants that will process the hours worked by the freelancers, marked at the punching device will be hired by each city/State. This will also generate more jobs.
