For a long time Brazil had been deprived from new color technology on the combination of the pallete: those were the times of Dictatorship, when the color red was secretly being erased from the eyesight.
Curiously, red was the only color in China and Russia.
Brazil went colorblind, without knowing. And our artists, fighting for means to remain with the creativity alive in our society.
The colors shown in this BRICS have been developed by the fabric Trader Worldwide, Arab Emirates and their Partners in the Middle East. Fabric is what they trade, and their colors decide as much wealth and oil on the pumps each country in the world may have, considering that's the moment the world is living.
The U.S.A buy their Fabrics from Europe, by purchasing the famous brands by stylists. Their color is Internationally considered to be the colors of their flag. But that was something they've earned along with their Independance through the Civil War, when their own people decided to fight against each other to see themselves fred from England's domain (any resemblance with the Kurukshetra battle in the Baghavad Gita is okay).
The U.S. is free to accept or refuse agreements, because they earned their independancy (just like India). Nevertheless, due to the U.S. having becoming independant earlier in history, they also became wealthier than some of the countries in the BRICS.
Soon enough, we will see the true color that the sky shines over our country, reflecting from the oil in the pumps - not on the turtles and on the sand of our beaches - and different colors of cars, generating new jobs in the automobile industry, in new colorful cities, with the colors that our Trade agreement of fabric is supposed to us. That, before we go colorblind again.

I couldn't see the South African President in the scenes. Maybe that's because they still haven't got a sort of major deal with the Arab Emirates for considerations with outfit.
Brazil have enrolled deals with the Emirates. Nevertheless, without engaging with the most significant of their Trades (the fabrics/personified pallete. that's due to their representation as top-notch in the oil business - the oil reflect the color of the cities as a dark mirror, as the rainbown in the gasoline), the deals haven't reached much impact on the Emirates desire, as I see.

As limited as a country would be by terms of their pallete, this concerns them as Communit's or Capitalists, able for Trade. The measurament for the pallete range, is how broad and how colorful the automobile industry of that country is.
