Stocks of technology to the Middle East

They say: more troops sent to the Middle East.

New War?

It is not about the interference of soldiers in the Arabic war.

Of course Americans want their men home.

Actually, the real threat is the amount of ammunition that's sent along with the troops in the airplanes, which is used for battle between Islam groups.

It is a Cold War indeed: The Middle East says that they won't send the USA the oil, if the U.S. don't sell the guns.

But, the Middle East don't really want guns: they want food and commodities.

USA's ACADEMICS PREPARE AND DEVELOP THE DRAFTS OF THE TRADE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN BRICS AND ARAB EMIRATES, FOR THEM TO NEGOTIATE THROUGHOUT THE MIDDLE EAST, ACCORDING TO THE COUNTRIES' ATTEMPTS TO PEACE

(Peace - Agreement for maintainance of physical and psychic integrity of being)

The strategies of the war, that attack and deffend to avoid deaths near home, MUST be replaced by a commercial posture over Trade. If the Middle East has no attractive products to capitalism, they may as well buy stocks of technological companies from Japan and South Korea to sell to the poorest countries by means of patents which haven't been produced yet, though the prototypes have long been created. The commercialization of these products will definitely increase Trade, Local Shops (increasing tourism) and Production in countries such as Taiwan and Brazil. The agreements for tech (gadgets) and hi-tech (tvs, laptops, tablets and mobiles) of lower and higher technology - as well as the stocks of the products - will be shared accordingly to the development of the country. The engineers who developed and who registered the patent must receive for the product they've developed.

Unload Brazil's shores (gadgets from China, supposed to be sent to Paraguay. Small flow to this route because people now go to Miami)

In the Trade Agreements there must be inserted that a percentage of the profit and a part of the ammunitions of the Middle East will be returned to the USA due to the oil they didn't send whilst they demanded guns.
