Brazilian Steel's portion midst to China's Samsung participation and USA revenue on sellings outcome

The consideration of musts that applies for Brazilian society 

is that a certain credit company SA made a leak in the 

Economical bank system through making loans at the Central Bank

Brazil (or at least me) want(s) to know what could be our real 

and fair portion into the steel negotiation without owing, 

nevermore, money to the FMI. Is there a situation or position 

into the stocks to be offered either to North Korea or to 

Nigeria in means of pharmaceutical industry, cardboard-

recycling-speculation onto reforestation of all sorts of 

fields, or even translations of medication instructions of
