This part of the Cold War is knows as "Naval Battle".

The conclusion for this Naval Battle, as I can see is:

Trade Agreements of commodities and agribusiness between BRICS and Middle East.

On a bi-lateral agreement with the NATO:

An exchange of Middle East's oil stocks sold to the BRICS, in exchange for our commodities and agribusniess.

Brazilian Petrobras oil sold to NATO, on Trade for investments at steel industry in Brazil (and other commodities for Mercosur, that will support BRICS in exchange of oil stocks).

It is said as bi-lateral because this is one Agreement between BRICS and Middle East, with amendments concerning USA (NATO).
