Protocols, Oil and BRICS

As for the Protocols that require less gas emission, some of which have been refused to be signed by President Donald Trump:

1) Industry makes the world sustainable. Whereas chemical products for nuclear bombs are unsustainable.

2) Countries that Trade chemical products for nuclear bombs use this blackmailing in exchange of commodities and agribusiness.

3) Due to previous agreements post II World War, the USA (NATO) can't provide these terrorist countries with the goods they need. Nevertheless, 13 years ago, a new Conglomerate was created: the BRICS. Brazil can provide oil, commodities and agribusiness. Russia can be a moderator between this Conglomerate's Agreements with other Groups. India majors in technology, by terms of IT. China can provide Trade with steel among Brazil and USA. And South Africa drains the profit onto diplomacy for African interests, so to avoid an inflation bubble.

4) BRICS must be running and working to close more deals and Trade Agreements with the Middle East, on a bi-lateral Agreement that would sell commodities and agribusiness to the Middle East, in exchange of their oil stocks. On the other side of the agreement, NATO would buy Brazilian oil stocks (BRICS' - Russia is the moderator that would divide the service among the other countries, to suffice for the oil stocks Brazil have sold), in exchange of technology from the BRICS.

5) Middle East's only Good for Trade with the U.S. are the weapons that finance the war. But if Middle East increases business with Brazil and India, these countries may negotiate the stocks they'll earn from this transaction with the U.S. (NATO)

6) Brazilian oil - Petrobras has an enormous amount of oil in our refinaries. This oil don't get to the pumps because our economy is not up to the potential of our oil reserve. This generates inflation to our people.
