Por quantas décadas, nossa sociedade brasileira controlada pela ditadura do ´´Pão e Circo´´?
Anos 80, o mundo se reencontrava no pós Guerra-Fria. A burguesia brasileira, que mandava na sociedade, era alienada. Nós queríamos a Democracia, mas não sabíamos o que fazer com a liberdade. Assim que a obtivemos, a utilizamos para destituir o presidente que elegemos, e quem abriu nossos portos para o Comex.
O mundo inteiro precisava de mais alimentos, e nos oferecia a alternativa da energia eólica para produzir cidades sustentáveis no Nordeste. Esse tipo de tecnologia para energia, devido à sua construção e design de engenharia e altitude, gera uma demanda por ventos no local onde estão instalados. Por isso, são sugeridos em locais áridos e desertos, pois os ventos gerados trazem chuva. Nossos governantes duvidaram na época. Posteriormente permitiram a instalação desta tecnologia e chuvas torrenciais alegram o Nordeste árido em alguns períodos do ano. As universidades de botânica e meteorologia, que garantiriam novas cidades e infraestrutura na região ainda são um sonho.
Mas naquela época, a população só queria saber de assistir novelas para copiar as tendências da moda e sentirem-se representados socialmente. Os jovens fingiam rebelarem-se contra tudo isso ouvindo rock nacional e comprando discos com suas mesadas.
Mentiam a si mesmos, argumentando que essas novelas era o sustento do país na exportação de nossa preciosa cultura.
E a pressão internacional prosseguia, por commodities e agrobusiness, quantidade que até hoje o Brasil não consegue produzir para toda a demanda mundial, apesar de haver espaço para plantio no sul e no nordeste.
Nossa dívida com os outros países aumenta, na medida em que consumimos tecnologia manufaturada e cara, e não retribuímos em novos Acordos Comerciais.
A reunião do BRICS no ano passado trouxe novidades para todas essas questões. Mas o Covid-19 e a quarentena marcou com esquecimento todo este avanço.
Meu pedido neste post, é para que os Congressistas olhem bem dentro do olho do lobo, e desvendem o enigma desta esfinge: 1) qual data para anunciar às empresas o x-ponto de partida para novas contratações e largada das atividades com antigos e novos funcionários. Novos funcionários principalmente, dinamizando a economia (SEBRAE),
2) mediante à decisão de reabertura do corporativo, com início de contratações (investimento do governo), fazer uma síntese das ATAS das últimas reuniões do encontro do BRICS 2019 e organizar videoconferências com os líderes dos países envolvidos para desatar os impedimentos de Comex gerados pela quarentena do Covid-19.
3) Informar imediatamente os países responsáveis que redijam Acordos Comerciais Internacionais e pedir prioridade nas decisões das reuniões do BRICS.
RETOMAR DE ONDE PAROU.
Tomo a liberdade de sugerir o mesmo para os países que compareceram às reuniões g20 no Japão. Orientando para que as decisões econômicas lá tomadas sejam repassadas e readaptadas para a realidade atual, seja em menor escala, devido à baixo orçamento, ou em novos formatos, por causa da nocividade agressiva da pandemia.

The 80´s were at peak, the world was regaining meaning post Cold War. The Brazilian Middle Class, rulling society, was alienated. We wanted Democracy overall, but we didn´t know what to do with freedom. As soon as we obtained it, we used it to Impeach the president we had just elected, and who had opened our harbours to Comex.
The whole world needed more food, and they offered the alternative of aeolic to produce sustainable cities in the Northeast. This type of technology for energy, due to its construction and high engineering design, creates a demand for local wind where they have been installed. That´s why they are suggested for dry and desert places, because the wind demanded and generated bring rain. Our governors doubted then. Later on, they allowed the usage of this technology and pouring rain bring joy to our dry Northeast at some periods of the year. Universities of Bothanics and Metheorology, granting new cities and infraestructure at the region are still a dream.
But at that time, people only cared for watching soap-operas to copy the fashion trends and feel represented socially. The youth pretended to go against all that, listening to national rock and buying LPs with their allowances.
They used to lie to themselves, arguing that these soap operas were the reason for investments, because of the exportation of our precious culture.
And the Internacional pressure continued, demanding commodities, agribusiness, amount which Brazil continues to struggle to produce for all demand in the world, even though we have plenty of space for cropping in the South and Northeast.
Our debt with other countries increases, inasmuch we consume manufactured and expensive technology, being unable to retribute in New Commercial Agreements.
The BRICS meeting last year brought news to all these factors. But Covid-19 and quarentine set a share of forgetfulness to the advance.
My request in this post, is for the Congressists to stare deep inside the eye of the wolf, and unravel de enigma of the sphinx: 1) which date to announce to companies the starting point-x for new hirings and start for activities with the old and new employees (new specially, because this will dinamize economy)
2) upon the decision of re-opening of the corporations, considering new hiring (government´s investments), there must be a summary of the minutes from the past meetings in the reunion of BRICS 2019 and organize video conferences with leaders from the countries involved, to untie the obstructions to Comex generated by the quarentine of Covid-19.
3) Inform immediately countries responsible for writing International Commercial Agreements and ask priority on the decisions at the BRICS reunions.

I also may suggest the same for the countries that participated at meetings of g20 in Japan, so to economic decisions taken there be readapted to the current reality, be it in smaller scale, due to low budget, or in new formats, because of aggressive harm of pandemic.
Normally, after a terrorist attack or a economic coup (be it by spying, mob, or pandemic - this current case, probably a desestabilization of meteorological biome), the Commercial Agreements and General decisions of the Commercial Groups towards
worldly advancement gets stagnant to forgetfulness. After the crisis diminishes, the world must start from ground zero. That´s why I believe Statesmen must decide when to
inject new jobs at the most important corporations, determining such hirings as ´square one`, bringing light to the Minutes of g20 and BRICS´ meetings 2019, and provide
commercial evolve considered at those meetings.
This is also true for regaining the Rights for Japan hosting the Olympic Games. How is that to proceed at the moment?
