TISEA

I've always wondered, and so have a couple of other bloggers I know, of which would be the Stock Exchange regulator World Wide>>>

Through reasearch I found out about the TISE and TISEA https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_International_Stock_Exchange
TISEA which stands for The International Stock Exchange Authority. So I believe we are aiming at the right direction.

(When is it the geo political moment for a Communist Country or Countries Under the poverty line to assume a considerable position at the TISEA (considering so, or whatever regulator the Stock Exchange refers to)>>>

The Country needs to express a culture.

Taking North Korea as an example:

This parade shows, at the minute 1:58, an art that North Koreans play which makes enormous images with people holding each one a piece of the image over their heads. This is fully speculative, but by means of observation I've noticed through Brazilian tv news that North Korean tv has news from all over the world translated from the Teleprompter at the same time they are broadcasted, as well as mixed with other languages such as English and adapted to the regime by the jornalist. This is a cultural tendency for languages and academics, and it means that they need investment for education.

- OBSESSION by weapons of Mass destruction and agreement to denuclearization:
Their supposed obsession with weapons of Mass destruction and chemical weapons is nothing but a way to show that they know how to deal with technology and maybe one day, if would demonstrate trustworthiness, they could be - perhaps - inserted in the pharmaceutical industry, or devices for desintegration of non-organic waste.  I say "supposed" because they are using this strategy to get their basic needs and I believe they would rather have a participation in the scope. But considering their beliefs about society as a whole, there are some interjections that must be followed as they are introduced into the scenarium, for example -

The economy is assigned to each country according to their historical customs, culture, so that we are all able to enjoy our work and do our best at whatever we understand best.

If we decide to deny food and health to the poor countries of Africa they'll never develop their culture. There is a logic in the world that if a portion of the people in the society is famine, the economy will always be jeopardized because of the corruption. The Armies, The NASA, The Marketing, The Trade, all these move more money we could ever count. If we would take that into consideration and created more NGO's to develop strategies of distribution of all food and medication the poorest contries need https://tarafatosefilosofia.blogspot.com/2016/01/pa.html , the rest, as the insertion of Communist communities in the economy, would naturally be taken care of, by the expression of their cultures with the "help" of the Governments and of the Social  Scientists and Philosophers that "help put the pieces together in this puzzle".


One of this days I forget about myself and do some voluntary work at no one's land. Until then, all I can do is write and pray.
