Latin Americans way into the USA, if ever, is: 1 - Argentina/Chile - 2 - Mexico - 3 - Canada - 4 - South Africa then..... if lucky....the 5 - USA....us, from Brazil, haven't lived under the city lights, most of us go to the USA without speaking a word of English and enticed for working as criminals. This is not fair with either parts.
It is a disregard to talk about denuclearization of North Korea, of Africa Unite and of Salvation of Macedonia, Albania and Middle East. What are you to offer them, whilst Mexico is still abandoned because of lack of infrastructure? The world may think that you are lying to them and that you are selfish, that you want all for yourselves. When I say you, I mean, you - Asia, Europe and North America. But the problem is that North America is not entirely assisted. Nafta. It was set and agreed that Mexico was a part of North America. However, they can't host refugees and immigrants because they didn't receive the attention to support their own nation, which still abandon their country onto the USA. True, this was partly Mercosur's fault, because we didn't hold the number of meetings necessary to make the deals and keep our automobile industry running, to produce the steel that China and the USA needs.
Brazil's big cities need evacuation programs that can use misrepresentation GIPs of low performance. China paid us with those apparels in trade for our steel. However, our steel went scarce because of the decline of the automobile industry, with the coup against the Billboard business (which supported the misrepresentation GIPs commerce heavily, through researches for the products announced and more launches in the market), thus, we had an inflation of improductive GIPs of misrepresentation.

The Mercusur depended upon Mexico's development to hold the International affairs. We broke down (due to situation stated above, and also because our stolen patents of gadgets, the projects stolen of AACD prothesis and ortheisis, and the aerospace finance embezzled as well - China). As China grew upon our disregard, Latin America was limited in our possibilities of negotiation.
So, the only way to build a Wall is upbringing Mexico along, with the reflection of success that this segregation from the rest of the Americas brings to the USA. The USA is, officially responsible for Mexico as - "The Big One of Latin America" - Top of the range in terms of culture, influence and jetted business and executives. Why not Brazil? We can count to a number of hundreds, the amount of successful Brazilians immigrants in the USA. This number is up to thousands of Spanyards who were immigrants and have become truly rich in the USA, people who have settled and won't return to Mexico during the first hassle.
The USA invests in every single citizen who is there, because they count on them in hard times too. And don't fool yourselves. Whenever it is hard, it is REALLY hard. But that's when you understand why they have the name United along. And many times, it is very disappointing for a businessman who was introduced by a legal citizen, to a woman who cannot speak English very well; she then, takes him for a drink, puts him on a show of knives, revomes her wig (GIP), and portraying as a scary faced woman, displays disgusting blackmailing. That's just not fair. Many times, those men and women get their visa, they get whatever job they want, but they are the first ones to leave the country when times are harsh. This is not what America is all about.
I am pro-Wall. But only if it comes along with infrastructure for Mexico first (meanwhile at least). That's a part of Nafta also.
